A Note From Our Founders

Phaswheel exists to replace AI discovery guesswork with a marketing system.

Co-founders Caitlin Morin and Eric Schaefer first worked together over 10 years ago. Across agencies, platforms, and growth teams, they repeatedly saw strong ideas undermined by brittle systems, disconnected execution, and technology treated as an afterthought.

As AI began reshaping how brands are discovered, evaluated, and trusted, those pressures only intensified. Search is no longer just keyword-based, CPCs are sky high, organic reach is harder to earn, and teams don’t have the time or resources to constantly create content just to keep up. Falling behind now means fewer opportunities, fewer clients, and less visibility where decisions are actually being made.

We created Phasewheel to solve this problem by combining technical foundation, growth strategy and real world execution into a single system built for modern AI discovery. It brings together a team that has worked side by side for over a decade, built on trust, shared standards and a deep understanding of how modern growth actually works - helping brands navigate the now and what’s next.
